面对飞速发展的汽车维修业,我们目前的管理工作已经显得有些落后了.作为一个新兴行业,一个朝阳产业,如何让它更好地适应市场的变化,在我国汽车保有量不断增加的现实情况下,做好维修业的管理工作就显得尤为重要.管理并不仅仅是收钱,更多的是要把好市场准入关,什么样的企业可以进入汽车维修行业,什么企业不能进入,要具备什么条件才能进入,这些都是我们在管理中要认真加以解决的问题.

然而,行业的快速发展带来了许多问题：国内,关于汽车维修市场无证无照经营、维修作业不规范、偷工减料、使用假冒伪劣配件、收费价格混乱、从业人员素质低、服务意识差等等相关报道时常见诸媒体.国外,由于市场的逐步放开,不少外企正在做前期的调研,有的甚至已经开始着手建立自己的经营网络.比如德国规模较大的维修企业博世正准备在中国做1000家连锁店,中国维修企业面临的形势不容乐观.
