7.3DispositionofLicensee’sInventory

7.3.2Licensorshallexercisesuchoptionwithinthirty(30)daysaftertheeffectivedateoftheexpirationorterminationofthisAgreementfailingwhichLicenseemaydisposedofallsuchProductsandthePartsasitthinksfitandretaintheproceedsthereofforitsownuseandbenefitabsolutely

7.4SurvivalofObligations
