Thecargoreceiverrefusedtoacceptamajorityofthecargoandthevesselwasdelayedforacoupleofdays.Thecakingofthebagswascausedprincipallybythevessel'scondensation,whichwasaggravatedbyinherentrlyhighmoisturecontentintherice.
