1.做好开吧前的摆台及区域卫生工作.
2.当有客人到位,要主动上前询问并提供服务.
3.下单时牢记客人要求,清晰准确写单,并重复ORDER.
4.开单完毕后将订单交由吧台为客人备酒并及时为客人出品.
5.随时注意区域内客人的需求,并每隔5分钟对区域内进行巡台,及时清理客人桌面的杂物,烟缸和空酒瓶.
6.客人买单时,为客人做好收银工作后送别客人.
7.客人离开后立即清理台面,重新摆台.
8.下班前做好本区域的卫生,清点所有的用品和用具,并将之摆放于指定的地方.
