2.(与or连用,引导状语从句)不管是...(或是)

正确来说，whether在这个用法的时候就已经包括了ornot的意思了。
比如：

2.whetheryoulikeor(don't)like.你是否喜欢
就一正一反/一好一坏。
而whetherornot：
简单来说，就是只用一个can罢了，后面不需要用cannot等等。
打个比方：
1.whetheryoulikeitornot.你是否喜欢
2.whetheryoucangoornot.你是否能去
就一样东西罢了，不像whether单用时需要拿两个词来对比。
