2．换油和更换油过滤器：
新泵第一次工作满100-200小时应换油.以后换油应根据工况而定.每500-1500工作小时换一次油,无论使用频率如何,至少应半年换一次油.如油被污染,则需要更频繁地换油.每次换油时必须同时更换油滤,废油和换下的油过滤器应按照环保法规处置.
油的类型：润滑油应符合DIN51506VC/VCL级要求,我们推荐使用VG100真空泵油.如在当地无法买到,请向供应商咨询其他替代型号,切勿使用不符合标准的油及混用不同的油.
3．检查和更换排气过滤器：
新泵的排气过滤器使用寿命一般在1500-3000工作小时,当排气口出现油雾时,立即更换排气过滤器.
4．清洗进气口法兰：拆下四个螺钉拿下进气法兰清洗吸气过滤网,拿下滤网用压缩空气吹净.
5．定期清理风罩,电机风扇罩.
6．每周检查真空过滤器（附件）内滤芯,根据滤芯污染情况酌情更换空滤.
7．定期检查气镇阀的滤芯,如有污染或堵塞需要及时更换.
