OfWestminster 　　Themethodgives1926and1930Britishparliamentpassedthebillcameintoeffect.(1931onDecember11)inviewoftheUnitedKingdom,Canada,Australia,NewZealandfederaldominion,Americaalliance,Irelanddominionandfreestatecomesintoexistence,thegovernmentrepresentativesofNewfoundlandinADin1926and1930heldmeetinginWestminster,andagreetomakeempireinthefinalcommuniquefromannouncedbythedeclarationandresolution,Givenbythewaytodescribethisprefaceisappropriatetoappropriate,asthequeenisacommonwealthethnicmemberslibertiesunionmarks,andbecausetheyarethroughtothequeen'sloyaltyandunite,therefore,anyinvolvingkingshipcontinuousorrealdignityandthetitleoflawamendment,shouldbealldominionofparliamentandtheUnitedKingdomcongressionalapproval,thisisestablishedwiththefederalallmembersoftherelationshipbetweenconstitutionpositionisconsistent,Whereas,notbytheabovedominionrequirementsoragree,theUnitedKingdomparliamentpassedbythelawwillnotextendtoadominionasitspartoflaw,thisisanestablishedconstitutionposition;Whereas,mustbytheUnitedKingdomapprovedbyparliament,approvalandconfirmtheabovestatementsandmakethosemeetingresolution,bytheappropriateformitsformulatedaslaw.Whereas,Canadadominion,Australia,NewZealand,SouthAfrica,thefederaldominion,IrishfreestatecomesintoexistenceandallianceNewfoundlandhasurgeandapprovalbytheUnitedKingdomparliamentenactedsuggestionaboutthislawcontainssuchasinvolvingtheforegoingmattersoflaw;Therefore,fromthemostoutstandinghonourablequeeninthecongressSuggestionsandagreedtobythelicense,andenactedlawareasfollows:1.The"dominion"oneword,itistopointtoanyoneofthefollowingdominion:Canada,Australia,NewZealanddominionfederaldominion,SouthAfricanunion,IrishfreestatecomesintoexistenceandNewfoundland.2.(1)in1865colonieseffectivenessmethod,nolongerappliestoanydominionparliamentinthislawafterthestartofacovenantoflaw.(2)dominioninarticlebeganafterparliamentenactedbyanyandBritishlaworwithexistingorthefutureoftheUnitedKingdomoflaworwithanyunderthislawcovenantlaws,regulations,rulesofcontradictorylaworlegalprovision,efficientandeffective.And,dominionparliamentpowerincludingcancellationormodifyanyasitsdominionmethodofthispartofthelaws,decrees,rulesorregulations.3.Heredeclareandthroughthedominionofparliament,formulatedwithspecificregionsofthefullpoweroflegalvalidity.4.Afterthebeginningofthislaw,passedbytheUnitedKingdomanylawsmayextendtoorasextendingtoadominionasthedominionpartoflaw,exceptinthemethodofstateexplicitlythatthisdominionrequirementsandagreedtodevelopthemethod.5.Accordingtothislaw,thegeneralprinciplesoftheforegoingprovisionsofthemaritimelaw,1894735barand736barinBritain,althoughissubordinatetothelegislation,butshallbeconstruedtodidnotwillinvolveadominionparliamentmeaningincluded.6.Inaccordanceherewiththeforegoingprovisionsofgeneralrules,189Oincolonialmaritimecourtlawarticle4(namelydemandedbythemajestywillpossesssomelaworamoratoriumoncertainlegaltermsthevalidityofthemethodabout)andanyadjustmentscoloniesofthemaritimecourtpracticesandproceduresofthecourtrulesarerequ
