近年来,随着我国资本市场的迅速发展,很多上市公司和大型集团公司的经营管理逐渐由资产经营为主转变为资本经营为主,进入了财务为导向的企业管理阶段.在这种经济背景下,企业财务管理将成为企业管理的核心问题.而财务管理中最重要的也就是关于财务风险的管理.财务风险是指企业在各项财务活动中,由于各种难以预料、控制因素的作用,使实际财务收益与目标财务收益发生背离,因而蒙受经济损失.目前,企业已成为我国经济的主要推动力,企业在我国经济中占有重要的地位,在促进经济增长和扩大就业等方面发挥着重要的作用,其发展对我国经济和社会的稳定有着极为重要的意义.但是,我国某些企业由于自身规模小、自有资本少、抗风险能力弱,每年有很多企业由于经营不善而倒闭,大量企业面临着财务风险的威胁,财务风险作为其重要部分,已经受到经营者的高度关注,成为企业亟待解决的重要课题.本文以企业财务风险为研究对象,采用归纳与演绎的规范研究方法,研究企业财务风险的防范问题.
